I’ve used this product for about a month and a half now and I felt like I should write a review because it’s great. So easy to use. I suggest your hair only being damp not wet otherwise it won’t fully dry overnight. These curls don’t come out exactly like curls done with an iron or some other kind of heat and the ends of your hair can get dry if wrapped too tightly around this product so I apply some serum to my ends before wrapping. But the curls last for a day or two at least. Would recommend to anyone. I get tons of compliments on my hair after using this product. Oh and I’m a side sleeper and I haven’t had any issue sleeping with these in my hair.
Super easy to use, takes like 5 minutes to wrap, lasts for days. First day is super curly then usually gradually goes to just a little wavy, which is fine with me! No damage and little effort for a well-styled look is well worth it. Make sure your hair is damp, not wet if your hair is thick or it won't dry overnight. Note* my hair curls and holds well, I wouldn't expect this to work magic if your hair doesn't curl well with an iron. The product itself is pretty cheap in quality I doubt it will last super long without some reinforcement on the cover, and replacing the scrunchies but it is a good one to try and see if it works for you!
So this thing took me about 40 minutes to actually get in lol. It kept being too loose or sliding to the back of my head but finally I kinda got the hang of it lol. I slept with it in, I’m a very restless sleeper and I mean it stayed in overnight but it was super loose in the morning. They looked great when I took it out but once I brushed them the curls went kinda weird so I just put it back in for a few hours while watching tv and now they’re gorgeous curls! The back looks kinda funny so I do still need to practice getting the hair wrapped better but this is the only heatless curl product that has EVER worked on me lol. I definitely recommend trying it.
This curler is lovely. You can tell it is quality and there was a lot of consideration put into the materials and even the packaging. Would make a beautiful gift! Very simple to use. My hair went up in it quickly. I have medium length hair. I definitely need a full nights sleep to get the desired effect. It probably depends on how thick your hair is, but I need 6+ hours for my hair to dry. I am already a back sleeper and it was just fine comfort-wise to sleep with it in all night.
The concept is good. The idea is that if you hair dries in this shape it will stay in curls, but my hair never dries. I tried going from dry and spraying it to get it damp, blasting it with my hair dryer (no longer no-heat), mostly air drying hair then sleeping on it and every time no matter what, when I took it out I could tell my hair was still damp and the curls started to fall out. Maybe if I wore it for like 18 hours it would actually dry but at that point I’d just rather bust out the curling iron.
YES, this really does work! I was skeptical too, as I have thick brown long straight hair (middle eastern). But to my surprise when i put this on after a shower or even dry hair, and sleep with it on all night, it definitely does curl my hair in the morning. I add a little hairspray after and it stays for the day. Really easy to use. Clip at the top really does hold it and it does stay on while sleeping. Even for my long hair, the tube is long enough to hold all my hair. 10/10 would recommend.
It’s actually comfortable enough to sleep in, and super simple to use. The first time I tried it I was sloppy with putting it in and my hair did NOT look good. Tried a second time and took my time with it, love the results! I learned that my hair needs to be almost dry otherwise it doesn’t work well for me. Definitely worth the hype. No more heat on my hair, and waking up as late as possible for work - win!
Super impressed! No heat at all. Slight learning curve but when you figure it out it works great! The trick is to definitely spray dry hair with water and get it a bit damp before you use the curling ribbon. I have super thick hair and it wouldn’t have dried if I had used this with my hair sopping wet. I was also nervous the ribbon wouldn’t be long enough for my hair but I had room to spare and my hair is down to my bellybutton. 10/10!!!
While it's pretty uncomfortable to sleep in (or maybe I just haven't gotten the hang of it yet), the results are incredible. The best hold for me is when I wet my hair down, use curl cream, then finish with hairspray. After I remove the headband, I finger comb and finish with more hairspray. I wish I had a good picture of the after! I've been using it often and I'm so glad I bought it.
I haven’t used my curling iron in four months! This works so well even on my stick straight hair, and the curls last for days. I wash my hair the day before I want the curls, put product on, and set it overnight (and it only takes a couple of minutes to do it). Since the foam is on the side of your face (think Princess Leia), it’s not uncomfortable to sleep in. I save so much time getting ready. Love, love, love this!!
Honestly one of my best favorite new things ever. It really is so easy & fairly quick to use. I love wrapping my hair, letting it dry while I do my thing. It's great. My hair doesn't hold curl all that well so I'm still playing with dampness levels & styling products with this guy, but that's my hair not the product. I can still get great curl and beachy waves depending on my pre wrap game. Totally recommend.
I honestly did not sleep with it or even attempt to leave it in for more than 5 mins because my hair just kept slipping out of it, I have layers collar bone length lob style. I think this would definitely work for long hair or thicker hair with better grip. Just seemed like all my layers would slip out as I slept and didn’t seem worth it. Would recommend to friends with long hair
The price was great on this, and it was easy to put in my hair. It’s a little awkward to sleep in but not terribly uncomfortable. I’m on the fence with the results. It didn’t look as great as the advertisement. It was kind of like you put your hair up in a scrunchie after a shower. When you take it out it’s a little wavy, but your hair doesn’t look really done or styled. I’ll keep on trying though. Maybe it was my technique???
This was pretty easy to use item. I love various hair gadgets and after watching the tutorial video, it was very easy to use and I had great results. I do agree to slightly dampen your hair and it is much better to use it for about 5 to 8 hours in order to get the best results. My hair was very soft and I did not feel my hair damaged at all when I’m applying or removing.
I can NOT use a curling iron to save my life and I am not savvy with hair AT ALL. I can straighten my hair or leave it alone and that it but this is SUPER easy to use and comes out AMAZING! I have naturally curly/wavy hair, so my hair has no problem holding the curls. I typically don't wet my hair at all and just leave it dry. I recommend this to everyone!
Curls came out great after using with dry hair overnight. the only thing is even with hair spray the curls did not even last 2 hours they fall out so easily. other than that i love the curls they turn out cute. curler is so easy and so comfy to use and great to sleep in. it does add lots of volume even when the curls do fall out so i would recommend this product!
This is amazing!! It curls my hair and my curls stay all day!! I have very fine hair and it works on my hair, usually my curls are gone by the end of the day. It’s not very comfortable to sleep in, so if I need to go out in the evening, I usually just do it early in the morning and leave it in all day. It looks cute, so I don’t mind running around with it on doing my errands haha it’s saved me so much time getting ready!
Oh my gosh, I don't know what I expected, but I awoke to the cutest hairstyle. For reference, I have 3A curly hair, but I have a smoothing treatment on it and it was flat ironed. I spritzed it lightly with water before wrapping it around the rod. This morning I finger-combed the curls into long loose waves. I love it so much. So worth the purchase. Just buy it!
I really was not expecting this to work. But it was easy to put on, took me about 5 minutes. I was nervous about being uncomfortable during sleep but it was not an issue at all. When I woke up I had amazing curls! I had to touch up two chunks of hair with a curling iron but I went from taking 30+ minutes to do my hair to under 10 with no heat damage!
This product was sooo easy to use and comfortable to sleep in!!! It turned out soooo cute!!! I’ll be using this product often, as I can just take it out in the morning and have perfect hair! I’ll be recommending this to lots of people! I should also add that the scrunchies that came with it are like…. Insanely great quality.
This is a pretty nifty invention and it works quite well. My only issue is that it's hard to keep it in place on the top of your head, you also couldn't sleep in this since it's not really the most comfortable thing ever. But it is pretty neat how it curls with minimal effort, and the curls are so Lucious and beautiful!

I have very long, wavy hair. I rarely even blow it dry. Sometimes I have to fix my hair for a meeting or dinner, but it's such a chore, and I really don't enjoy doing it. This hair doodle thingy, is so easy to use. I probably did it wrong, and it still turned out really pretty. Much easier than trying to use foam curlers, or rolling my hair in velcro things.
This was easy to use even on a wiggly 5 year old. It took about 5 minutes to put it in her hair. Used a spray bottle to dampen her hair, wrapped it up and sent her to bed. I wanted to find a less damaging solution for curling my hair and I found these silk hair curlers. The silk is very beautiful and smooth, and they are very easy to use. I store them in the beautiful box they were packaged in. The scrunchies are also super cute. I highly recommend this product!
I'm so bad at curling my hair and afraid of heat damage and this thing is literally a lifesaver. It's so easy to use and literally, the most amazing curls come out. I usually leave it overnight and in the morning I would take it apart and have the most perfect curls in seconds. Literally, buy it!
We were so excited to try this product!! There are so many on the market that is terrible quality. You get what you pay for!!!! The silk is so soft and the curler holds its shape very well. It is comfortable to sleep in. I can't wait to use it for my daughter during the school year. This will save so much time!!! Such a great buy!!
I can't say how good it is yet, I have to wait because I had to wash it. The smell was so strong and gross. I'm hoping it goes away after washing it and then I will be able to comment on how it works to curl hair
I️ love it! The curls came out great.I️ dampened my hair a little before putting the ribbon in. Left it in for about 5 hours. Took it out, ran my fingers through it, put my style lotion in, along with my hair oil and then brushed it out. Looks like I️ used My curling iron!
Okay.. this worked SO WELL! Just look at those shiny heatless waves! No frizz or weird kinks, just seamless uniform curls. I love this thing, I’m never going back to a curling iron.
I was amazed by how well this worked. I added a little mouse to my damp hair and went to bed. The curls held all day. Seriously better than any heat curling iron. To note I have long hair below my bra strap.
Because my hair is so thick, I used this on day-old washed hair. I sprayed a leave-in conditioner on each section I wrapped to make it damp. I left if it in for six hours and it turned out amazing! It was super comfy too!
I used it on damp hair after washing, and then put them in and slept on it! Mind you, I got hardly any sleep but it saved me about an hour doing my hair today! Worth it!
Where have these been all my life! Most curlers don’t work on me and my hair gets stuck or tangled these are awesome
