I was on a flight surrounded by screaming babies and kids, middle seat, no leg room, barely reclines - you guys know what I'm talking about. I put this pillow, eye mask and earplugs on and slept at least half of my 3 hour flight very comfortably and peacefully. Didn't even notice the chaos around me. I only got to use this once and then left it on the plane :-(. So I'm back to buy another.
This pillow is so comfortable that I'm tempted to use it even when I'm not traveling! So my kid has been asking for a neck pillow for a while, and decided to finally get one for him. At night when he’s asleep, I’ll use it when I’m laying on the couch. Heck, sometimes when I’m just lounging around and not really doing anything, I’ll still wear it around. It’s comfortable, the amount of support it gives is very sturdy, feels nice and soft. I cannot say enough about how much we love this item. For the price, we were REALLY surprised by the quality- outstanding! The pillow is extremely soft and thick. The foam inside is strong, yet flexible. I'm not even on an airplane and I wanted to use it!
I like the neck pillow but my neck is very short. Sometimes the front arms of the pillow will cover my ears and block sound. I cannot decide if this is a good or bad feature for me. Comes with an eye sleep mask. I do not use it. If I close my eyes I fall asleep quickly.
Every year I visit my family and its a 30-hour journey with two 10-11 hr flights. This neck pillow is very comfortable and soft because of the memory foam. The little dip on both sides of the pillow prevents you from falling when you doze off. Best neck pillow I ever had.
This memory foam is so good that it's TOO good... the pressure of my head/neck simply isn't strong enough to smush the foam down and form around my neck comfortably... it forces your neck/head to stay up straight which isn't always what I'm looking for especially while flying.
I use it more like a comfortable pillow than a neck rest. I twist and turn it to find the most comfortable position for my neck & head at the sleep time. Admittedly, I have been rough with it but it didn't lose its shape or the cushioning power. I am very happy with the buy.
I went for a trip back home to Malaysia and thought...maybe i shall not suffer a 20 hour flight anymore and actually buy something to make my travel less...painful. sitting upright is honestly torturing. but with this pillow, it feels like i can actually relax and be comfortable.
Used it for a long road trip (3 states crossed) and it was awesome! Very soft & comfortable, really helps with sleeping on the road. My wife even used it as additional cushioning when she got tired of sitting in the seat & said it helped a lot! Really happy with it!
Got this for my husband for Christmas because he wanted a neck pillow and this fits his big head perfectly lol 😂 he loves it. Falls asleep in his recliner with it and the eye shade on all the time. Great price, amazing quality for the price too.
Got this product for my 90-year-old mom since therapy suggested I get her a neck pillow since she falls asleep in a chair. The product is soft and the only issue I have is the way the clips connect, it's hard for her to disconnect at 90 years old.
Purchased this because I was going in for facial surgery. Helped keep my head up and my neck secure so that I could sleep during recovery. Have used it to travel with since then, and it is very comfortable, always comes back quickly out of the bag.

Great price! I did not get this for traveling purposes but that will be the best application! I bought it because when i feed the bottle to my toddler or she falls a sleep in my arms this helps support my neck gives me rest and i can relax as well.
I do a lot of traveling in my car to get to campsites and hikes. Sometimes, I need to pull over in a rest area to get some rest, and this has been a miracle product. It allows me to sleep like in a bed without waking up to a stiff neck. I love this thing.

My military boys loved them. They use them regularly when traveling internationally and stateside. I bought it for me but I kid asked to use and well I didn't get it back . He left me his as an exchange 😆
Quality materials and construction, but it just didn’t work for me - on the plane it jutted my head forward too much so it was very uncomfortable.
The cushion itself is comfortable, plush, and soft but the stitching on the strings that are used to tie together are hanging on by a thread, literally.
I used this for my extremely long flight, 20 hours of travel including the layovers. It made my trip as comfortable as it could possibly be.
I thought this was comfy at first, but then it started to feel a little too tall for my neck, like my chin was at a funny angle.
The pillow is lightweight and compact but very comfortable. Made my long flights much better! The pillow cover is soft and nice but also removable so it’s washable!
It could be a tad bit softer not so firm. But at least it keeps my neck from newborn-babying while I'm taking a snooze.
I have tried many travel pillows before but this is the best one yet.
The neck pillow I just received seems defective. The foam inside does not fill up the cover.
