We love our sprouts mats with the rim around to hold MOST of the mess of food or crafts that kids love to experience. Bringing them camping and use for picnicking in our yard. They roll up nicely with a rubber band and are super easy to soak with running water and then wipe off with a rag. My table is easier to clean...no more scrubbing for 30 min per day!

Can use as a food tray, but we often use for art/coloring. Sticks/stays reasonably well on most surfaces, but yes a coordinated child could pull it up and move it.
