I think it's a little hard, I thought it was softer yet I don't use it but I think it will be to hard for my back but for my feet it seems functional. My brother has the same and for him it’s just nice, it stuck to the wall very well. Thank you.

It is a moderate degree of softness when washing the back. I think it's too soft to wash your feet.
